Many birds have amazingly beautiful plumage, but in the World of Birds the King is the Peacock. Dozens of (eyes) from Peacock Plumes make up a gorgeous overskirt that sits atop a long black satin skirt that is tiered to mid-thigh in the front. The bodice is a simple strapless princess style with of fan of plumes tucked into the left side of the cummerbund.
